2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated bottle gourd, mashed potato, crumbled paneer, cornflour, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
3. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into small balls (koftas).
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the koftas until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
5. In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Fry until fragrant.
6. Add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
7. Add the ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for another minute.
