What Are Molded Cookies?

Ingredients

Instructions

- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture a little at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using a cookie mold, dust it with flour and tap out any excess. If using a cookie press, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for assembly and use.
- Take a small piece of dough and press it into the mold or cookie press. Firmly press down to create the shape, then gently release the cookie onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Repeat with the remaining dough, dusting the mold or cookie press with flour as needed.
