Easy Smoker Recipes for Beginners
1. Smoked Pork Butt
If you’re new to smoking meat, a pork butt is a great place to start. It’s a forgiving cut of meat that’s hard to mess up. Here’s my recipe:
- 1 8-10 lb. pork butt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
