Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Carefully place the wings in the hot oil and fry for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
