Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower

- Add chopped tomatoes and fry until they turn mushy.
- Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Fry for a minute.
- Add the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
