- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon, about 10-12 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the red wine and simmer until it’s reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
- Add the beef broth, milk, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to package instructions.
