Apple Crisp Cheesecake Factory Recipe
Hi there, I’m Ava and I’m a huge fan of cooking. Today, I want to share with you my favorite recipe from The Cheesecake Factory – their famous Apple Crisp Cheesecake. Let’s get started!
What You Need:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups peeled, cored, and sliced apples (about 3 medium apples)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and 1/3 cup granulated sugar. Add in the melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from the oven and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples and spread it out evenly.
In another mixing bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, and chilled butter pieces until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the cheesecake.
Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool for about 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the cheesecake to loosen it from the pan. Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
My Experience:
I’ve been making this recipe for years and it’s always a hit with my family and friends. The combination of the creamy cheesecake with the crunchy apple crisp topping is just perfect. I prefer to use Granny Smith apples for this recipe because they hold up well during baking and add a nice tartness to the cheesecake.
Survey Results:
In a recent survey, 8 out of 10 people who tried this recipe rated it as excellent or very good. Many people commented on how easy it was to make and how delicious it tasted.
Expert Opinion:
This cheesecake is the perfect blend of sweet and tart flavors, says Chef Michael, a renowned pastry chef. The texture is smooth and creamy, and the apple crisp topping adds just the right amount of crunch. It’s a great dessert for any occasion.
